I purchased this to use during a recent 6-week stay in a deep village with no electricity. I needed to be able to charge my laptop, cell phone, Hotspot, and a few other devices. For the last 6 years I have tried numerous different laptop charging banks. Most could not support the claim to charge laptops. This power bank does the trick. It reliably charges my Lenova ThinkPad and I am shocked with how quickly it charges it. Having the AC power feature is a tremendous bonus; I consistently used the AC power outlet for charging my laptop. The battery percentage display on the unit is also insanely helpful; some power banks skip this important feature.If you are a traveler, here's what you want to know:1. Is it allowed on airplanes? I had no trouble carrying this on board multiple airline carriers internationally.2. Is it heavy? Yes, it's rather heavy and much larger than an average power bank but it's so worth it.3. Does the battery require frequent recharging? For my Lenova ThinkPad, I could fully recharge twice before depleting the power bank. I used a solar panel and 12v 100mah battery to recharge it. For smaller devices, such as cell phones, the power bank will recharge those many times before needing a recharge.4. Is it sturdy? The casing seems to be made of hard plastic. If dropped, I'm guessing the casing would crack. I was not super gentle with it and had no problems with it breaking. It does come with a storage bag, though I also wrap it in packaging material before putting it in the storage bag.I heavily debated this purchase. The price was much better than other similar laptops. It worked perfectly as stated and I'm so glad I made this purchase!

Across several different types of power banks I have tried, I found some are better for emergencies while others have extremely narrow use cases, such as for a single cellphone charge. This is my first power bank that approaches more universal utility and seems truly appropriate for regular at-home use. There is even a nifty flashlight/strobe light that is of sufficient brightness to be useful in case of a power outage or as a temporary area-illumination solution.My most frequent use case for this device is to keep my Steam Deck charged during a play session. It is also handy for road trips when other AC outlets or front seat ports are out of reach. Notably, the power bank charges and discharges quite fast and it charges handhelds and phones much more rapidly than any other power banks I have owned. The included power button conveniently lets users control the amount of power used. If possible, I would purchase this with at least one backup charging cable, and either usb-to-non-usb or a AC-to-usb adapter would extend charging support for more devices. The media could not be loaded. Pros: the battery bank is solid and simple to use. I didnt have alot of questions while operating. This instructions were clear and understandable.Cons: We ordered it to run/charge our laptops while we were on a remote job site. It didnt pass the testing phase. For whatever reason the charging disconnects and reconnects over and over. Even with the laptop completely drained and closed the battery wouldn't charge.

Edit: I originally left a 2-star review but updated it following timely communication with the seller, who was able to replace the power unit for no additional fee.This is the first review I've ever left on Amazon. I was very excited to receive this product for Christmas, but it has failed to meet my expectations.I charged it using the solar panel and after six hours in full sunlight, it only gained 10%. After bringing it inside, the battery's screen showed an additional 30% increase in life. Weird? I got it to charge my Macbook, but the battery is not strong enough to charge it despite its size. It works to charge my phone, not much else. I had high hopes, but am disappointed.Also, I tried contacting the seller 48 hours ago and they didn't respond.
