This product works. Within a week I had my energy levels up. I was falling asleep at a regular time and staying asleep. My anxiety was almost nonexistent!!! I felt so good. Then I started spotting a little. then I had a full blown cycle for almost 2 months after 5 years of no cycle. I asked my doctor about it but she believes it’s another issue and once corrected I can start back on it. I can’t wait to get back on it. All of my menopause symptoms came back 2 days after I stopped. This is a great product. I can’t believe how it’s helping me!!!

This is an honest review! Bottom line: this is not a miracle cure-all, but it does help. Personally, it has significantly improved my ability to function without feeling extremely frustrated with others. The most notable change I've experienced is a reduction in the severity of my mood swings. I can tell it’s working in other areas too, because when I miss a day or two, I definitely feel the difference. It's as if all my symptoms are still present, but they are less intense and bothersome. Unfortunately, it hasn't helped with weight loss, though I also haven't gained any additional weight.

This has definitely helped improve my mood, energy and inflammation, etc. I dont notice a difference with hot flashes but its still worth it. I was skeptical when I read the other reviews about how good it works. But it does. Its good stuff. I added it to my current vitamin regimen and Will continue.

Only helps me with the night sweats, I still get hot flashes during the day and continue to have all of the other issues that the box claims to address. The night sweats are hell, so I gave it a 3 for getting rid of those for me.

Good product. Helpful in my perimenopausal symptoms, especially weird cycles and emotional support.

Saw these pills on a Commercial while watching an Oprah and Haley Berry special about Perimenapause! This is my 3rd bottle, but let me tell you. I stopped for a full month to convince myself.That I was feeling better all on my own and that I didn't need this product and boy did I regret it. I immediately placed my order and felt relief once again. Not pain relief, but everything else that we go through. YKIYK

It caused a lot of bloating and I felt no difference at all. I would not recommend it. I tried to return it and the seller denied my return.

So far so good this is my second time ordering at I keep taking it daily. I do notice the difference if I miss taking them.
