There are many types of net sponge, specifically two main branches which consist of softer, wider ones and longer, more exfoliating ones.This sponge has amazing exfoliation qualities, and works wonders both for applying and lathering a gel as well as with bar soaps and oils/creams. It even does an amazing job taking off lather and cleaning up properly once you are rinsing off. 20/10 must have for men and women, specifically men. The sponge barely traps any smells, and if its the smell of your gel you use which isnt an issue. Its washable and works well on all kinds of skin (sensitive skin / psoriasis, sensitive skin / neurodermatitis)

Pretty good product, it does have the knotted joins which is the thing apparently . Length is good and stretches longer when wet, hard to get a wide flat area (as shown in Amazon product photos) But, have used a couple of times now, and it’s very good , gentle exfoliation, my skin feels good. Overall happy with the product

This is OK for the price. I have psoriasis and this is very useful for my back to exfoliate. However, it holds a fairly noticeable plastic smell, and the material does not feel the best quality.

Great cleans the skin thoroughly. Not to rub the skin too hard. Great on the feet.

Love it!If you love a good rough scrub this is the thing to use its brilliant.. some of the fabric can come off in your hands but you know you've used it when your skin is soft.
