This product instantly increased my strength and muscle mass!!! KIDDING!!! I have finished the loading phase about two weeks ago at the time of this review (2/18/25) and I’m in the maintenance phase. I have noticed some gains, but I don’t know that it’s all due to the creatine intake. I also switched my pre at the same time I started the loading phase, so this new pre may be working better for me…or it’s a combination of the creatine, pre, and the intra/post. In any case, gains are occurring so creatine shall be consumed!With this Six Point Creatine, the only “bad” thing I noticed is that it tasted like crap when I added it to my coffee. Any cold drink it’ll be fine, but with hot coffee, it seems to break down like bad milk. All in all, it’s a good product. I did not get any of the side effects some people seem to suffer from with creatine intake.

Great product. I would definitely mix with something flavored. Unlike most creatine I've purchased this stuff is very bitter but it doesn't upset my stomach like other creatine products

Let me first start by saying creatine is a must for anyone who is trying to build muscle. It’s literally free gains!I'm going to keep this short and simple.Monohudratate is technically the only one you should care about, but I have found that the 6 point creatine does better for me I feel way better when I take this vs other brand mainly I think due to the quality. Sure it may be a bit more expensive, but in my opinion it’s worth it. I get this product monthly and can’t recommend it enough!

I like this product. There really isn't a taste when you add it to a liquid, but I will be honest you can taste something when you mix it with just water. It's not bad and still doable but I'd suggest mixing it with something that has a flavor
