Took a while to set up , need to connect to phone first to get full speeds , all in all great for the price

Product is slow and falls apart if you go over a slight bump, battery at full charge 9nky last about 15- 20 mins so not good for long rides kr travelling, u don't no recommend you waste your money on this

The scooter looks great & feels like a Xiaomi. However, my package arrived with a broken charger & when I used a replacement charger, the scooter doesn't turn on at all or will charge. Very disappointing, as for the first 24 hours of using it whilst it worked, it wasn't that bad. & by the looks of other reviews, others are experiencing the same problems.The app was also a bit of a pain to use as well. Poor quality app which is hard to stop showing in Chinese.Also, I had to adjust the break caliper prior to riding it the first time as well. Was way too loose. A lot of first time E scooter users would have trouble knowing how to fix that.This could be a decent Xiaomi alternative if these things actually worked. My advice, just save an extra £100-£200 & buy a better scooter that will actually work after 24 hours & can rely on long term. Or just keep your fingers crossed you'll buy one of these that's decent quality. (I doubt high doubts)

Arrived with the lcd cover off, had to clip on but fell off a few times. Missing a part too. The manual translation and gramma is awful, so is the app, kept reverting to Chinese. The actual scooter ride was fine, my daughter enjoyed it and we took it around the block a few times. The battery was down to 56% when we got back. Not bad. But then we tried to charge it and we could not get it to charge. The led stayed green and after hours of checking and trying we gave up. Had to go through process of returning due to charging fault. Will probably try a different brand.

I returned it literally 2 hours after receiving it it came with no screws in the screen the screen cap was popping of it didnt charge and over heated and kept on beeping

The scooter is okay for flat surfaces but when going up hills it cuts out, keeps coming up a red screwdriver and the battery goes down so quick, goes quite fast, need to send it back

Product was delivered unusable as it had a brake fault flashing warning light on the display. The display itself was loose. Very cheap not very well made product. Avoid at all costs, returned and awaiting refund.

Dislike it because there was bit miss out of box it was biy birthday he can't ride it because bolt give come out but not got box for it x
