Thanks to previous reviews I knew how to charge it and haven't had any issues so far. It's easy to use if you read instructions. Power off and on button + mode buttons.Powers good but will say after 3rd or 4th mode the setting doesn't do much for me as it pulsates then pauses and repeat. I don't feel it's loud but guess depends on ur living situation.
