I’ve used two other TENS devices in the past, and at the time, I thought they were great. However, this compact TENS unit works just as effectively, despite not having on-screen visuals to depict the treatment sensations. Instead, you’ll need to take note of your preferred settings.Once you select your desired massage mode, you can set the treatment duration and adjust the intensity level. Personally, I like using setting #29 with a 20-30 minute timer and intensity level 14. I’m currently treating Insertional Achilles Tendinitis and use the 2” pads on the sides of my feet, avoiding the bone area where the tendon connects to the heel. The massage is incredibly relaxing, and the kneading motion works like magic. If you’re new to TENS therapy, you can start at a lower intensity and adjust it to your comfort level. As my injury improves, I plan to gradually increase the intensity to 15-16.This TENS unit can also be used on other parts of the body and comes with a booklet that provides pad placement recommendations and suggested settings. With so many options available, I simply choose the setting that feels best for me.Charging is easy with the included USB-C cable, though I often use my iPhone 16 Pro charger, which works perfectly. The built-in battery life is impressive—I used the device for three consecutive nights, totaling over two hours per night, and the battery still displayed a full charge. I’ll recharge it when it drops to one bar.A small storage pouch is included, but I prefer keeping everything in the original box since it’s compact. So far, this has been one of my best Amazon purchases. If you’re considering a TENS unit, don’t hesitate—this one provides the same massage sensation as the larger models with fancy screens, yet it’s more convenient and portable. This AVCOO Tens unit is great! So much power in a little package! It works great for Tennis elbow and also for preventing headaches, if your neck starts to get tense at the computer, stick a couple of pads on and hook it up. It loosens the muscles. Setting number 12 is great at 12-17 intensity and lots more power to spare. I like the pads shaped like hands. After using it moisten the pads with tap water and put the little plastic ovals back on to seal and get ready for the next time. You can reuse the pads over and over again.It's so small and compact and easy to use. You can walk around with it in your pocket and do whatever while it's working. Arrows up and down are for different types of energy settings. Just check them out to find what you like. T is for time. You can adjust in 10 minute intervals, during use also. It remembers your last energy setting. Light goes on to let you know before it turns off. The top side button is power, just hold down for a couple seconds to turn on. Find the energy setting by clicking the arrows up or down to test. Click the top of the side bar to increase intensity. It will reset if you change settings, so you need to increase each time. But, if you like one setting, again, it just remembers that one to come back to when turned on. Battery lasts a long time too. Display shows time left, setting, and intensity.Have recommended it to a bunch of people. Great price, great value!

I love the convenience of wireless and rechargable unit. I can go around the house and relax anywhere while using it. Small size fits in a pocket easily. I didn't realize it had different pulsation choices. Big plus for the money. I am still getting used to the unit. I will comment more after further uses.

Arrived today. So far, 100% satisfied! Pocket size, great power, multiple settings, rechargeable; currently using it now and will be keeping it in my purse for work 😂

I have several brands of tens unit but I especially like to compactness of this unit. It’s very powerful and easy to use. The quality and durability seem great. I use my tens unit to ease muscle spasms , soreness, and pain relief in between my massage visits.

So far I love it. Not had to charge it yet. I love the multiple settings, multiple pads in various sizes, very strong unit, lightweight, portable. Previous TENS I had was not near as powerful as this one but lasted over 25 years. Hoping this lasts long term. Easy to use, didn't need instructions at all, already charged when I opened the package. Great little bag to store it in or take it on the go. Very satisfied at this point. Great for pain relief. Been struggling with nerve/muscle issue in my arm for weeks, used this one night for 2 to 3 hours and pain was reduced substantially. Highly recommend. Hard to beat for the price and everything that comes with the unit.
