Clarisonic Mia 2 Cleansing System, 2 Speeds for Gentle and Everyday Cleansing Set (Pink)

This is an addition to my previous review. After submitting my negative review a rep from Clarisonic reached out to me to make the issue right. They sent me a new facial brush right away and confirmed that I did receive it. I really appreciate what they did to make this right, thank you very much Clarisonic.So disappointed with this product. I have used Clarasonics for years and never had this problem. I purchased the product in January of this year (2024) and now the product is no longer working. Of course, since it’s past the return stage, I can no longer return the product through Amazon. I was given the number for the warranty company, however, since Clarisonic is no longer making these machines, the warranty is now voided as well. I hate that I have to throw this item in the trash since it is one of my favorite facial scrubs, and I have several replacement heads for it. I guess I’m not only out for the machine but for the money I’ve wasted for the replacement heads as well. Hope you have a better experience.

I owned an original Clarisonic Mia for years and was so sad it reached its lifespan and failed to hold its charge. I dallied around for close to 8 weeks or more and noticed breakouts on my left chin line and on my cheeks under the rim of my glasses. Needless to said wearing face masks for 2 years was no help and me being lackadaisical during that time taking good care of my face certainly didn’t help. Returning to using the Clarisonic & philosophy’s purity made simple again both areas on my cheeks have resolved and my left chin is showing improvement. Since my first Mia didn’t have the pulsing timer feature like the Mia 3 to let you know when to move to the next area of your face to be cleansed, I pretty much ignore the feature. Hey at my stage in life change isn’t always welcome. LOL. I highly recommend a Clarisonic Mia and have gifted 3 of them and 1 Mia 3!

Worked for 1 month then wouldn’t hold a charge. Just like another piece of crap from China! Ended up having to be charged after every use and then in no time it stopped working completely. Threw it in the trash - wasted my money.

I had used a Clarisonic for years. After mine finally died I just didn't repurchase. I do not know why, because I loved it. Finally, after seeing blackheads one my cheeks and skin no longer as fresh and smooth as before I remembered about the Clarisonic and I immediately purchased one. They may be slightly expensive, but they are exceptional. My black heads are gone, and my skin is returning to the smooth skin I had before when I consistently used one. I am way over the age for black heads, so I was truly disappointed in my complexion. I am now on the right track again and my skin shows it. Love, Love this product.

This is a truly awesome product. My first one lasted 8 years. Your face will thank you.

This is a good facial scrub errant helps me to wash my face thoroughly, yet gently. Sometimes I would "skimp" on the time I gave to wash my face. This scrubber beeps to signal me to move to another quadrant of my face. It is gentle enough to use with a variety of cleansers.

My granddaughter loved it.

I will say this is the 4th Clarisonic I have bought. Truly disappointed because the first two lasted 3-4 years I have bought two in the last 8 months that have both died. The quality is terrible. It works for a couple months then starts with acting like it needs to be charged frequently then just stops turning on. Extremely discouraging since there is not another product comparable out there.Update August 2023-this company read my review and offered a full refund without even contacting them. Definitely refreshing that the company cares about my review. I will support any company that truly cares about what it’s customers say. Update 9/28/2023- I purchased another Clarisonic brush with my refund which has again died. The battery is junk and is not replaceable which renders the product unusable. I will not be repurchasing this time. Do not buy.

No issues, arrived fast and extra fly what I was expecting

I loved the brush but I received it July 28 and it stopped working September 3rd. I’ve tried to charge it and nothing happens. Because I’m a few days past the one month mark I can’t send it back.
