I love this stuff! I have MS and regular muscle spasms. If you get muscle cramps rub it in as they are occurring and you will get relief! I also had a fall and rubbed it in to my sore muscles. It is great after a warm soak in the tub. It absorbs well and is unscented and sometimes I will combine it with one of my favorite scented creams.

I have not used it every day, but the two nights I did apply it to the lower back and left side hip, I was able to sleep better, with less discomfort, and was able to stretch more the next morning. I was skeptical about ordering this product, but I am glad I did.

Epsom-it muscle lotion is the best! It's great for relieving muscle pain without a bunch of chemicals. Best of all, it's really fragrance free, which is a blessing for those of us who are odor sensitive.

If you have leg cramps at nite this product is really helpful, I use this and Thera works foam. Also if your legs are tired and swollen this lotion really helps.

This arrived quickly very pleased with seller EPSOM-IT!Love this! I have given family and friends a bottle and they are thrilled with it!
