These rubber seals are easy to use and an essential item when using Weck preserving jars. This size fits various styles and capacity jars, making the Weck system very economical. Buying the seals in a packs of ten at this price makes them a good, value for money purchase, even when postage was added. Delivery was prompt and the items well packed.

Could be more of a snug fit.
They fit the jar tops but are not a snug fit, but still useable.

Essential.
Used with the Weck bottles or jars and metal clips, these are essential to enable a proper seal and keep your home preserves fresh. Should be replaced after using a couple of times as they are natural rubber and will perish eventually.

Long life.
The rings can be reused with care. Less waste than single use Kilner lids. If ring becomes stretched and unsuitable for heat preserving such that a vacuum will not be maintained then they can be used for pickles, chutneys etc where the vinegar would ruin a new seal.

Useless!
The width of the rubber is too narrow therefore they do not make the jar waterproof.
