Just brilliant
Brilliant book, extremely interesting and useful.I have to say that the first chapters may require a bit of concentration to read and understand but it is very well explained. An interesting read that is very well written. The recipes are easy to recreate.I also bought the Italian version for my mum and she gave it a go.

This book was full of useful facts given by by a man at the top of his profession. It is exactly what I needed to know. thorough
I liked everything about this book. As a member of the public it gave me all the tools needed to upgrade my diet in a sensible longterm way in order to keep a clear brain. Tells you the best nutrition for optimum health in today's climate. Even helps out with recipes. Absolutely recommended reading for anyone who takes nutrition seriously.

Controversial, eye-opener, hard to apply, too fancy.
Book has some controversial points on nutrition. Try telling them to your folks. The part about cheese and milk being drugs - real eye opener. Did not like the recipes though. To me they are useless - overcomplicated with too fancy ingredients - hard to find in Europe. I like that book tries to mentally prepare you for change. Author did not mention i would have to eat all day to not stay hungry - still loose weight. And eating all day is really tiring and costly. I experienced easier mind and better learning performance - significant difference. After 6 month something felt off and things went downhill. Maybe i eaten wrong things. My change lasted 11months. I would recommend 3-6 months every body to cleanup you body, then go back to "normal" eating for a while and repeat the process. Book should be more practical.

It is very good book to read and understand brain function however you have to be royal so that you can have someone to cook for you or unemployed to be able to cook something every 2-3 hours!! Not practical recipes
