Wheel and Tyre Bag
I bought this item with the intention of suspending and storing my summer wheels and tyres through the winter period however, they are to flimsy to take the full weight of the wheel and tyre. Nevertheless, I concede that they are value for money.

Avoid.
Flimsy covers for not much money -- which I'd have been happy with, but they also weren't as described.These are poorly manufactured (stitching of the yellow webbing to the blue nylon was not correct) .The covers (rated at up to 19") didn't fit my 16" wheels (specifically, BMW style 306 Streamline).The wheels in question are fitted with Goodyear UltraGrip 2 Performance - 205/60 R16 92H (*) FP TL for winter use, and these covers don't go round them - the covers are simply too small.In addition, the yellow webbing shown in the photo has no logos on it - the picture is not accurate to what arrives in the box.Overall, these don't work, are low quality and misdescribed. Avoid.

The product in itself is not bad for the price
The product in itself is not bad for the price. As others have mentioned the material is quite thin and flimsy but about what I would expect at this price. They are more designed to wrap round the tyre to protect it from light/dirt during storage than act as a weight bearing carry bag. The major problem with this product is the inaccurate and confusing size information. I should have been suspicoious when I saw 19 inch/65cm because 19 inch is actually around 49 cm. I bought these for storing the winter tyres of a Mitsubishi Outlander 16 inch rims with winter tyres but they were far to small. The largest size wheel they will comffortably fit is a 17 inch rim with 205/50 profile tyres anything bigger than this and you will have a problem!

Flimsy and maddening buckles
These are indeed very thin covers, or sleeves I would call them, which I expected for the price. I sent them back, though, because the buckles for the nylon straps were just unworkable. I am sure there is a way to use them so the straps support the weight as handles, but after a long time fiddling I gave up. I would think those who have the patience and like the cheap price of these will be satisfied.
