We love our new faucet! We needed a different length for the supply lines and they were very helpful. They made new supply lines for us at no charge! The faucet is great quality and looks wonderful next to the tub!

Easy to install and use. Due to gravity, sometimes water left over from last use will drip from faucet. Not a leak. I adore it.

If you want a bright gold then this is for you. I returned because it did not match my champagne bronze hardware at all.
