Did notice a slight difference but the product didn't work so well on my teeth, However I don't have much luck with any whitening products :( ... My friend however had them also and her teeth are now gleaming. I Have to say it was the only whitening product I've used that didn't make my teeth sensitive and my friend has said the same. Still very happy with the product I just think everyone's teeth are different and you may not get the results you want from any product, I would recommend on the basis of my friend. If anything was going to work on mine It would have been these.
