Fantastic wine and bottle opener. Have had this item a while now but had to wait until I was sober to write a review. Looked very similar to my last one but for some reason this version was much more easy to use. The corkscrew bit (technical term obviously) was sharp and went in no bother and the actual removal of cork was smooth and done with ease. Removing a bottle lid was also easy. Customer service from seller was first class and received a couple of emails before and after arrival providing instructions on who to contact if any issues and came across very friendly. Would defo recommend

Appears well made but suffers two problems. One, the screw is really too thick and has a tendency to refuse to enter the cork and then split the cork. Two, the screw is too short for corks in wines of a better quality, leaving some cork behind. Would not buy again. Note: really difficult to get a decent wire design corkscrew....................

Very disappointed, I chose a higher price one and read reviews prior to purchase, the majority were positive. The cork stop insert fell out on second use. Absolute rubbish, expected more for the price! As usual trying to navigate around Amazon to establish how to return or refund is an impossible task. Option against this order states the return window has expired (I only bought it 8 weeks ago). Come on Amazon isn't it about time you helped your customers get refunds / replacements easily, especially as all products have a statutory minimum 12 months guarantee!

I have been in the F&B Trade many years, its Bright & Shiny with nice packaging. The spike ' quality / design ' is V Poor. Far too thick and too short, Initially tearing the cork then ripping the cork in half. A tad better with composite corks but natural corks especially budget wine... Useless. Do not use opening fine wines with long corks !

Brilliant piece of kit! With my wife, the wine drinker, it is the wings/arms that have broken in the past on these, but not with this little beauty!My wife has managed to open a bottle using these, already! The top can be used to remove the crown tops/ caps off lovely bottles of Real Ale!She has her wine and I have my Real Ale! Happy Days!

My previous wing corkscrew broke recently, and I find it hard to get on with other types of corkscrew, so bought this one online as it looked solid and elegant. So far I have been pleased with it. it is nicely presented, and comes with a bottle stopper which is a nice extra touch. Both corkscrew and bottle opener functions are easy to use, and it also has a handy device for removing the foil from wine bottle tops. I would definitely recommend it.

excellent corkscrew and bottle opener. The corkscrew is long enough to safely remove every cork that I have tried so far. It has not torn any cork as yet. The bottle opener works fine and the gift box is also good.

I bought this little beauty for my husband, for christmas, to replace the one my son spirited away to uni at the start of December. It was well packaged, and arrived very promptly. It is light and very easy to use, and my husband is really pleased with it. Thank you.
