All in all great product and was able to utilize unused space in our living room. I went to an appointment was gone a few hours and my son had it fully installed and his only complaints were the instructions were off on tool sizes and bolts. Originally I had gave it 4 stars because of that, but seeing my wife able to pull it down without issue and loving how it sits I had to change the original review from 4 to 5 stars cause for me that also matters. I did have to order a few replacement bolts a couple of times cause the hex heads do strip easy and the sizes of the bolts were off from the sizes in the instructions but wasn’t a big deal after seeing and being able to enjoy the mount…

First of let me start by saying I give this a 5 star ratting because it's a solid stand, and it extends far enough you can do whatever you needs to behind it. My only disappointment with it was, the arms to hold the tv itself was off a little. So I take care of it by using my level on the arms" and not the stand itself that bolting to the wall. Other than that it worth the buy.. I'll see if I can upload some pictures the picture when the tv is not on. That's where it off you can see it not straight. The picture where the tv is on look at the difference..

Very nice heavy duty wall mount. Quick install. You will need a stud finder, drill and hex driver to install. The orange knob behind the TV will need to be tightened with a hex drive screwdriver or bit driver to hold the tv straight up if you have a heavy TV like ours, otherwise it will tilt forward.

This works great! Holds my big tv and moves all around. Instructions are a bit hard to follow but we figured it out.!

Very sturdy. 1 hole on bracket was too small, I had to drill to make bigger to get screw in . Another hole was too big for the screw on the cover for attaching the 2 brackets. Which I had to improvise.

Good product. Make sure to follow the instructions and it will work out fine. I would strongly suggest tightening the tilt knob prior to hanging the TV to ensure it doesn’t extend fully unless that’s what you want. lol.

Installation was easy and the instructions were very clear. It holds up my Samsung SmartTV’s weight very well as I needed to use option A to place the wall plate to wood. It can easily swivel from side to side and forwards and backwards. My only issue was that the bars on the back, blocked one of my HDMI ports (it has 2) which I later needed to purchase an adapter to plug a different device to the USB port that was not blocked.Don’t rush through the instructions and don’t open all of the nails at once! They come separated for a reason.

Was not expecting this to be so rugged! Looks great and easy to install. Very good deal!!!!
