Logiblocs Spytech Kit

From the description you'd think this was excellent, & in theory it should be.The reality is different however, & I think the problem lies in having to make your own sensors using kitchen foil & cardboard. This would be fine if it worked as it would add a bit of additional user interactivity & develop craft skills. But it simply doesn't. A rudimentary homemade sensor like this gives very poor results. The upshot being that my daughter was delighted & excited with this gift when she read the description on the box she became disappointed & disillusioned after making the lie detector & the pressure mat because they just don't work anywhere even close to how you might expect. I paid £28 & even if it all worked I'd be hard pushed to say the stuff included is worth a tenner.

Fake reviews. I only bought it for my little cousin because of the reviews and it turned out to be fake.

Took a bit of assistance but my nephew (and his brother a year older) had great fun, especially running the kit as a lie detector and recording messages that got played out. I suspect they will get bored of it fairly soon though as it is limited in its applications, but definitely a worthwhile purchase.

Christmas present but as described

Grandchild has made several things, with help and some on her own. A good learning and entertainment gift.

My daughters love this kit and enjoy making the alarm when we get guests. Such fun!

Bought for a 6-year-old boy who loved the secret message taking. A little young for other bits but a great toy for him to grow in to!
