Excellent water filter for everyday use
I am genuinely impressed with its performance and the taste of the water. It is crystal clean and sweet taste. The compact design fits under the sink. Installation was not bad.

Great Value, High Flow, and Tankless Convenience!
I’m really happy with the Vortopt Reverse Osmosis Water Filter. The price was excellent for what you get, and the flow rate is high thanks to the strong water pressure. I bought this to replace our old tank system, and the tankless design is a huge improvement – it takes up less space and feels more efficient. Just make sure you have an electrical outlet under the sink. Installation was a breeze, taking less than an hour. Overall, this system is easy to use, provides fantastic water quality, and is well worth the investment!

filters change on the side, water is excellent and FAST. TDS is accurate and quick
Excellent water quality, but the design was not completely thought out. Looking at the unit, the right panel slides out and the filters are changed there. This means you need to have placed this on the left of the cabinet without any plumbing in the way to do that. The cord to the faucet really has no slack after it is connected to the unit. The faucet MUST be directly above the unit because of the cord length. The faucet is almost as large as my kitchen faucet. I think if it was just an inch or 2 shorter, it would look much better. I don't think this RO faucet should be 'competing' with my kitchen faucet. Those were the flaws.Benefits are there are only 2 filters and they do not require frequent changing. This has a manual flush button and it is positioned correctly, on the front top of the machine, so less bending over. Every time you hit that button, the unit flushes/rinses the filters for a full minute. You may or may not ever use this button, but I would never consider purchasing a tankless RO system that did not have a manual flush button. This system also has an automatic flush to clean the filters.I have had about 8 or 9 of these tankless systems over the past few years. They kept getting better with faster speeds, nicer faucets, tds readings...... Being I was already set up with a tankless RO, I just used my already connected drain line and inline and popped them into this new Vortopt system.I stood at the sink with this oversized faucet in my hand to flush it. I love the TDS readings, they are accurate and update faster than any other system I have had. Going from my 600GPD system to this 1000GPD was definitely noticed. I love it. I wanted to make sure there were no leaks within the system or their filters before I spend the time to make this a more permanent fixture in my home. IF I can get a 2' jumper cable from the MFR. to connect the power to this faucet, I will install it permanently. My faucet is on the right side of the sink/cabinet. I would need to pull the entire system out of the cabinet 2' forward to change filters. Not ideal, but being the filters are changed rarely, it's doable. You will need an electrical outlet to plug the system into. The cord length for THAT cord is about 6' long. If they made this with front facing twist in/out filters, I would have given this system 5 stars. The water flows fast and it is clean. The TDS readings on the faucet update every few seconds. My prior system updated every 10 seconds. This Vortopt has a more realtime reading.

Works well and installation was straightforward.
I recently upgraded my kitchen with this under-sink tankless reverse osmosis system, and I’ve been really impressed with how it’s performing. Right out of the box, I liked that it not only filters the water thoroughly but also adds back essential minerals like calcium and magnesium, which improves the taste and is better for health.Installation was surprisingly smooth. The unit fits nicely under the sink without taking up much space since it doesn’t have a tank. The smart faucet is a great feature because it shows real-time TDS readings and filter life right on the tap, so I always know how clean the water is and when to change filters. The system uses a four-stage filtration process and feels very effective. It wastes less water compared to some other RO systems, which is better for both the environment and my water bill.Changing the filters is easy thanks to a front-pull design. I can swap them out quickly without shutting off any valves, which saves time and hassle. The only downside is the price. It’s a bit pricey compared to simpler systems. Also, you’ll need to make sure you have enough clearance under your sink to install it properly. It's a nice looking unit and designed well.

Water pressure too high.
I had to send it back. My water pressure is too high for the unit.
