Easy way to self monitor.
Did not come with instructions but a quick look explained how to use it. It is easy to read and lightweight to use really good value

Not that good
It's quite flimsy and could break quite easily.What annoyed me the most is that it doesn't stay at the angle you're measuring, if you let go of one side then it rotates and the measurement is gone before you took a note. That's really unhelpful for me. The rotation point should be stiffer so that the rulers move only if you apply force on them. Overall, not happy at all with it.
