Perfect - Lexus should just add this to the car!
We bought our new Lexus NX350h and it had a huge cavern in the center. Really nice that the lid opens both ways but if we were to put things in there, we’d be digging all the time trying to find whatever. This insert fits perfectly, comes in and out pretty easily and is really just right for the job. It only goes in and out from the driver’s position but that is fine as soon as you figure it out. I suppose they could add a little pull tab to make it easier to remove but no biggie. All in all, I’m really pleased. Seems to me Lexus should just provide this. They could probably make it optional for $50!

Fits Perfectly
I purchased this for my 2024 Lexus NX and it fits perfectly. You get get it in and out without any issues and the console lid closes without any problems. I would recommend.

Updated rating, it does fit Lexus 2023 NX350h
After reading several reviews, noted that tray needs to be installed from driver's side of center console. Tilt slightly (20 degrees) and it slides in then settles into place as it's lowered. No directions in box, so the manufacturer/seller should clearly note this procedure in their description.

Very good, but rubber pieces were cut a little too large
Fits perfectly in the centre console of my NX 350h (was a tad difficult figuring out the best way to get it in, but easy once I did it the first time), and the rubber inserts are good quality.However, the rubber inserts are just a little too large, causing them not to sit perfectly flat in the tray. Disappointing because I can see it when opening the console, but not bad enough to return it since everything else is good about it.Overall I'd still recommend.
