Started taking these today and found them a quality product. The powder dissolves easily, tastes good, and I’ll amend my review if the product works as advertised with weight loss as my goal

Very good product. But need more flavors with the caffeine

The flavors are great, and it seems to help with Ketosis. Helps with electrolytes moreso than brands I have used in the past. It’s a little expensive but seems to work so hard to put a value on that. It mixes with water really well, especially compared to other brands. The flavor is a little strong which I like, but something to be aware of depending on what you expect. I did have to reach out to support because one of the packets was clumped up and hard. They were great at helping with the issue!Update: I have tried the variety pack, peach, and mixed berry. My favorite is the peach flavor for sure.

I've been using this product for over 3 months as I like to make sure I like or dislike a product before I give any feedback. I've been on a Keto diet for over 2 years and have achieved my goal weight. I don't do a cheat day; I do more of a 3-day cheat. When I go off Keto for that length of time, I usually gain 5 to 8 pounds and it takes me close to 2 weeks to lose that weight. Not anymore!!! At the most, I will now gain about a pound which is gone by the next day. Yes, drinking these drinks has made that big of a difference. I, however, don't get any energy boost from them at all, not even the caffeinated ones. That's fine with me. Being able to take in more carbs and being able to eat more foods that I enjoy has made a huge difference to me. They can cause diarrhea at first if you drink a whole one. I cut back to half for the first few days. I only drink the other half at night if I've taken in too many carbs that day. I had complained about the caffeinated peach one at first but if you add more water, it tastes really good.

I’m on keto and my weight loss came to a complete stop when I started taking these Shift packets. These did cause my ketones to increase from 1.1 mmol/L to 1.6 mmol/L. My body saw the ketones increase then it caused my body to stop burning fat to make ketones. It thought it had enough. I gained 2 Lbs everyday for 3 days. This is extremely frustrating. I stopped using it and starting losing weight again.

Honestly, compared to the Ketone-IQ, the impact on performance was far less. Also tastes pretty awful.

Tastes excellent. But unfortunately it’s just too expensive. I’m really going to have to make these flavor packets last. I mix with instant tea + lemon.
