Works amazing
It is really affective. It may take up to 2 weeks for it to work. This just depends on how big the skin tag is and where it’s located. I mainly got this product to remove the small skin tag on my nipple, and it came off in about 2 days with two treatments. It’s definitely a lot cheaper than going to the dermatologist. There is some skin irritation but that’s expected with cryotherapy. The effectiveness of the product is great, and it’s easy to use. The speed of the product is in line with what the box says, but may take more than one treatment.

Useful for tags not warts
Bought this to remove a wart on my forehead. Turns out it will not work on warts even though I thought I saw it int he description. It's for skin tags only and not those that may appear on your face.

Worked perfectly on small tag. Gone in two days
This worked like a charm on a little skin tag that I had. It was very easy to use. I used one application but then was not sure if that was good enough, so about an hour later I used it again. The second time was probably overkill. Since you put the cotton swab right on it, the skin around it became a little irritated and sensitive for a couple days. But within only two or three days it came off completely. This stuff is powerful. Just try not to get any extra of it on your skin. But even with that the redness went away. Perfect solution

not fast acting.
it worked after multiple uses but was kind of a painful process and was not a quick solution.

The soreness lasts for days—ultimately didn’t work
Update: It’s now 16 days after I first used it. Only one tiny skin tag came off; the others stayed the same and one actually got longer! I can’t recommend this. I went to my dermatologist about it and she said the best method isn’t freezing but cutting them off with sterilized scissors under a local anesthetic, followed by a bandaid for 1-2 days. We’re going to go that route and she’ll get them all in one go. Insurance won’t cover it but she charges a flat fee to do it vs per tag. She acknowledged they may come back but said it usually takes 3-5 years to return. I can live with that.Original post:I should probably wait a bit longer to write this review, but I will update it once I have some results. The little V shaped holder for skin tags is kind of a PITA to use; unless your skin tags are in the lower half of your body, you probably need to have two people do this. Mine are mostly in my armpits and under my breasts. It says to use each applicator on only one skin tag, meaning you can only get up to eight, but I was able to use the same applicator without reapplying the product on three skin tags, since there was a lot of liquid inside the applicator. They haven’t come off as yet, but I’m still within the two week wait period. One thing I will say is that the areas that I did hit it with the applicator are still very sore three days after I applied it. I wasn’t expecting that; I thought it would hurt for a day so I’m not wild about trying this again. One of the skin tags I tried to remove was quite small and I got more skin than I intended to, and I’m hoping that heals up. The freeze part of it is no big deal; you hold it in place for 40 seconds. It’s the soreness afterward that’s more problematic for me. But if the skin tags actually do fall off within two weeks, I’ll consider it worth it.

Only applied twice and it worked Highly recommend don’t be scared 5 Stars
On July 10th 2025 this product arrived I was skepticaldidn’t know there was a way to get rid of these skin tags or even where they come from. This product works I recommend it to anyone who’s irritated with skin tags. Mines was on my thigh it became annoyingly painful to go for runs or long walks. I found this and immediately used it.Day 1 it was confusing but I didn’t try to hard to take it off because it was like i said painful I got underneath the skin tag with the device. Success! Then i gave it 2 days restDay 4 I tried again and I saw blood and it was painful but I saw a lot of progress. So i left it alone!Day 5 which is today July 15th The skin tag came officially off on its own. I’m relieved no more pain.Very easy to use great device and simple, still have a lot left only applied twice. I highly recommend don’t be nervous just be mindful of your body don’t over do it have patience.

This will not work if your tags are small.
If your skin tags are small, this will not work. I don’t think I read that when I ordered. The instructions say you have a tool included in box and you have to put it around the skin tag completely, then put the liquid on just the top of tag. My tags were really small and these instructions did not fit my problem. I guess I thought I could justdab the liquid on the small tags but doesn’t want you to do it like that. I did not open the box, just read the instructions on the outside of box, but cannot return this item.

Very effective product
I used Dr. Scholl’s Freeze Away Skin Tag Remover for skin tags on my underarm, and it worked wonders in just 8 days! The easy-to-use kit with a precision applicator made the process simple and safe. By day 3, the tags darkened, and by day 8, they fell off, leaving smooth skin with no scarring. The brief cold sensation was tolerable, and the FDA-cleared cryotherapy gave me confidence. This product is a quick, effective alternative to doctor visits. Highly recommend!
