Amazing product.I had lasik several years ago and ended with dry eye. At my wits end a health food store salesperson suggested an earlier version of this product. After 1 month my symptoms were almost entirely relieved and I was thrilled.Fast forward a couple years I had stopped taking (probably due to cost) and managed the dry eye in other ways (dha epa fish oil) which work but I've always found hard to digest.Again at the end of my rope I remembered this project. This is the new improved version it has 12mg of astazanthine. I think the old one had 2!I took two capsules yesterday (morn and eve) and I can honestly tell you there is a huge difference in just one day. That is amazing.Really. This stuff is Very expensive. I get it. AND if there's any way you can afford it and need it- go for it. I have not found anything else that works as well and I even tried dr mercola's astazanthine which did not work nearly as well and was very difficult to digest. Fact is this stuff works really well and they have definitely earned my trust. Hope this helps someone as much as that health store guy helped me!Chris

I am a diabetic and I suffer from carpel, medial & now rotator cuff issues. This Xanthomega, plus a little physical therapy, has made life bearable! I was not able to move very well until about 5-7 days after starting this product. It may not work for everyone, but it has definitely made my life more comfortable and more enjoyable.**********UPDATE***********First let me say that I would have given 5 starts when I initially started taking these... best pain relief on the market. Didn't upset my hormones and the pills were not difficult to take.That being said, I'm wondering if the formula has changed because every bottle I order (within the last 6 months) has been super smelly (like choke it down as opposed to not smelling anything at all), I've begun to have mood swings (again), I'm getting hormonal acne (again) and the pain is re-emergent (again).Maybe its quality control, maybe its me... I couldn't tell you, but I'll be looking to replace this product asap.

I trust the stringency with which Designs for Health sources and manufactures. I use their GI Revive and have been changed for the better because of it upon the suggestion of my doctor for "leaky gut."I only wish I didn't have to pay such a high price for their products. But I will continue to do so for peace of mind.

Krill oil gels were rancid, smelled terrible, discolored my hands orange and it was very difficult to wash off the orange oil on my hands.

A high-quality product that makes a difference after just one use. Store this in the refrigerator. My chiropractor recommended krill and this one specifically. It was a much better price through Amazon then it was buying it from my chiropractor
