The Dell Latitude 5420 has pleasantly surprised me. Despite being a renewed team, it arrived in very good condition, practically like new. The performance is excellent thanks to its 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor and 16 GB of RAM, which allows you to work with several applications at the same time without slowness problems.The 512 GB SSD is fast and has enough space for documents, programs and large files. The 14-inch FHD screen offers good image quality, with sharp colors and brightness suitable for working both indoors and outdoors.I like that it includes several useful ports such as Thunderbolt, HDMI and USB type C, which makes it easier to connect to different devices. In addition, it brings Windows 10 Pro, ideal for working more professionally.As for the battery, it lasts long enough for a working day if used in moderation. The keyboard is comfortable to write and the design is sober but elegant, typical of the Latitude line.The only thing that would improve is the weight, since it is not the lightest, and maybe the fan can sound a little when it demands too much, but nothing serious.Overall, it is an excellent quality-price option for those looking for a powerful and reliable laptop for work or study, especially considering that it is renovated.

I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle.The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle!It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease.The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service!I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Advertised as windows 11, came with 10 and I had to run the update for 11. Camera didn’t work. Tech support couldn’t fix it remotely, so I returned it.

I've only had this laptop for about a week, but so far I'm pleased and would buy it again. It only has a few light scuffs and scratches on the exterior, but other than that it's dang near good as new. Super fast (to me) boot speed at around 30 seconds. It came with Windows 10 pro and I now have it running Windows 11. If anything changes worth noting, I'll come back and update this review.I can't say how customer service with "RUKN-TECH" rates, because I haven't had to contact them for any reason so far. Hope this helps! I looked at a LOT of these refurbished laptops and it is a daunting task to try to figure out where to purchase......

So far, so good. Works well. Screen very clear and works fast. Hoping it will continue this way. The physical appearance of the laptop clearly has signs of wear, but it appears clean and neat. Will update when needed. Again, so far, so good.

Great condition! Just as advertised, great value!

There is scratch mark on the laptop. But overall runs smoothly. Have not faced any troublr after more than 6 month of using. Only major issue was bottom panel of the laptop is loose. But, considering the money I spent, I would for it any day.
