NetatmoMount, for Netatmo Rain Gauge and Wind Gauge

I was surprised how useful this device is. It was easy to install and seems to be sturdy and robust for all weathers. So far so good

I am surprised at the poor reviews of these. I have one each on my rain gauge and wind gauge.They are extremely easy to install and do not need a heavy hand to securely attach the gauge and lock them into the desired position.One of mine has been up for a year now and is still functioning fine even with removing the gauge for a battery change.My only comment would be that they are just a tad on the expensive side, I would say £14.99 would be more realistic.

Easy to fit and to mount the Rain gauge. I was fitting to an aerial 1.5" pole so had to cut the straps off.

The item design has been with a good idea and the needed functionality. However the photographic holder has been of poor quality. A tight fixing was not achievable. The screw mechanism remained wobly. I don't recommend this one.

I bought the Netatmo base station and various sensors and accessories as an upgrade for my husband's current Aercus weather station - the latter has been completely reliable for the last six years. What a mistake - I should have realised why the reviews are so polarised. Because we didn't have chance to set this up before the 30 day return policy was up, we had no idea that it just didn't work. I'm pretty used to setting up various different home and office tech, but after spending days trying different trouble shooting steps and scouring the forums (where I found many people with exactly the same unresolvable problems) and contacting Netatmo customer services (no response, also like many other people) I've given up, and gone back to a Aercus, albeit a newer model. I've concluded that the reason the reviews are so disparate is because Netatmo clearly has completely inconsistent manufacturing standards. It also doesn't give two hoots about its customers. Unfortunately I've resigned myself to writing off the 250 pounds I spent on the base station and the various sensors. All I can do now is hope to help others by warning you not to waste your time or money on this deeply flawed kit, from an arrogant manufacturer. As we say in Yorkshire - it's all fur coat and no knickers.

Does its job - holds wind gauge steady

It’s a bit expensive for what it is, but it’s a perfect fit for Netatmo products. But what else would you expect?I’m using mine to hold the anemometer to a J mount on the eves of my house. Yes, I know it’s too close to the structure, but it’s the best I can do on my property. Works great.I’m using the pipe clamps, but the mount does also have features to allow it to be screwed onto a flat surface. That’s a nice touch.

Det gamla fästet hade gått sönder och gick inte att spänna fast Netatmo modulen ordentligt (regnmätare). Byttes därmed ut, lite halvkass kvalite känns det som men gör väl sitt jobb.Användes för stolpmontering på ett antennfäste.
