Sleep Aid Helps Sleep Insomnia Remedy 48 Tablets Sleep Disturbance Herbal Relief

Tried many so-called sleep remedies and this is the only one that seems to work. I managed to go through the night with very little disturbance and wake up feeling very relaxed and not wanting to get out of bed!These are by far the best solution I have found so far that don’t make you drowsy in the day. Highly recommended

I find that these work really well as a sleep aid and I don’t wake up feeling groggy.

As a long term insomniac I’ve tried many things so boosted by “ good reviews” I gave these a go. I was sceptical of the low dose of Valerian ( 61mg) compared to recommended 300-400mg but thought the combined hops & passionflower could boost that. It didn’t. Also, I wasn’t keen on the chemicals used to extract the herbs, kind of misses the point of natural medicine. Seeing as I’m writing this review at 4am , I think I’ll move on to something else.

Didn’t work for me :(also as funny as a customers review about snorting them is, they do have a strong cheesy smell to them.
