We have purchased this item several times and the flowers grow fast and are BEAUTIFUL!!!

I received a bulb that 6weeks later produced two bloom stalks and had a baby. It did turn out to be Alaska variety as advertised which is saying a lot given other bulbs I purchased on this platform have all been small, wrong variety or altogether dead. I am not giving it five stars because it had no roots upon arrival and even though it eventually grew, the flowers were small, 5" across when fully opened as the bulb I was sent was only about 24cm around which probably explains the bloom size. (28-30cm bulbs with 8" flowers were advertised in the description) Still, I would recommend purchasing from a reputable seller instead of taking chances here and getting inferior bulbs.

Very pretty and big blooms and it sent up three bloom stalks for a long stretch of blooming.

the bulb was 100% rotted at arrival. Totally disappointed!
