After I received the Waterpik Flosser, from amazon the charger worked for about a week. Not only that, the flosser came with a nice plastic box that was missing the 4 picks. So after buying and receiving the missing picks on amazon (~$10.00), a week later I found that the charger failed so I bought another for ~$10.00. I like and recommend the Waterpik flosser despite of the inconvenience of having to wait for the delivery of missing and defective parts. It's great that amazon sells these items.

There was no magnet, so the device would not charge the Waterpik. Don't waste your time or money...

Seems to work as the original did

At first I thought it wasn't working, then I realized I had the magnet upside down 🙃, and obviously works fine now. So it's exactly what I was looking for 😁

Works great, perfect fit.

It attached to the floss for about three minutes, then died. Could not get it restarted.
