I wouldn't advise it as it follows the profile of the rear wheel so it could catch

Hi is this tow bar ok for a adults bike abd to attach a 14 yr old bike to it as my son has a disability

From my experience I would say no. The size of your sons bike (probably a 18/20 inch bike) you wouldnt get any clearance between your back wheel and his front wheel when they were coupled together. The towbar is only suited to smaller kids bikes

It fits to the kids bike with a supplied bracket and also over the nuts on the front wheel to stop it moving. It fits onto the seat post of the adult bike
