whats in the box? does it include different size length combs for the saving part?

The bottom clipper has a comb head which has an adjustable slider (from 1-5 settings). There aren’t extra combs included for different lengths since that one comb is designed to be a all in one kind of attachment. The box includes the trimmer itself, a charging stand and a charger.

Will this work in the UK on a plug converter?

I did not need a plug converter for UK (Ireland to be more exact), it came with the right kind of plug.

Can this be used to trim beard and shave head hair

It sure can be. Just not sure how good it would work
