This company always makes quality supplements. Excellent value for the amount of servings. We add it to our coffee in the morning to aid our intermittent fasting.

We're seed oil free and this is what we use for most of our cooking and salad oil needs. No flavor, so you can safely bake with it. We don't fry with it, we use tallow for that. We also use this coconut oil to make homemade mayo - no more seed oil mayo for us!

Great product at an unbeatable price. If you are looking for MCT Oil, save yourself the time to shop around and get it. Large quantity is not an issue in terms of freshness because it is an oil that would net go rancid even after sitting on your shelf for months. Taste is completely neutral so you can mix it in many drinks or even solid foods or you can chug it straight, which is what I do.

I’ve been using the MCT oil for the past 10 years or so. I take a tablespoon full of organic MCT oil, a bunch of spices and some organic soy milk in my coffee every morning.This product is perfect because it’s organic and contains C8 and C10 only. It keeps me satiated until early afternoon when I eat my first meal of the day. I’ve been eating only one meal per day, and this intermittent diet is working for me.I highly recommend this product, and I recommend you keep it refrigerated.

First time ordering this brand of MCT. We were using NOW Foods but they suddenly went out of stock on Amazon. We then tried an Amazon Brands which was reasonably priced the first time. The next time the price went up significantly. This led us to try this. Reviews were good so we gave it a whirl. We have used it for a month now with no drops in energy. It blends well in our coffee and just makes us feel good. I think we have a new winner.We have been on a clean keto for 3 years now (no cheats!). We both have MCT in multiple cups of coffee a day. We have been through many brands that work or don't. There actually can be large differences in MCT oil. Personally ... I don't even care for Bulletproof brand. I do not find it gives me an energy boost.For us ... this brand is a winner and so economical in the big jug. Would repurchase.

It would be five stars but they've raised the price significantly! It used to be $80 but it was $113 the last time. I'll still order this but I will be using less to make it stretch longer.DO NOT try Verdana because of the price though. Learn from my mistake! I have a $70 gallon of lube for our shreadder/countertop oil. (Hides bleach rings on formica for a week or so.) The stuff does NOT taste good.

No complaints. It seems to work like it should - definitely as good in quality as any other I have tried.

There is nothing to dislike about MCT oil.
