Made really well, holds a lot without being bulky. Decided to get one as I have a lot of back & shoulder problems & having a flexible schedule meant I needed to bring my work laptop to & from work. The army green shade is a nice neutral. I wanted something other than black because most of my work bags are in black. It’s a great size for work or a weekend trip as well. The middle compartment held my 14 inch work laptop & the main compartment held my lunch - 2 glass containers and some snacks & fruits. The wheels are not noisy at all. Zippers are smooth & the retractable handle is easy to pull out & does not snag.

I have been traveling for business (monthly) with this carryon, for over a year now. The wheels, zippers, handle and fabric are as good today as the day I received it. It is holding up super well. It fits easily under the airplane seat. It has a spot for two water bottles. It has so many organizing pockets that I do not even use them all. Great purchase, would recommend it to everyone!

Yes, as advertised does work as a personal item; I used it as such on five different airlines to/from Japan from the US. Additionally, the numerous zippered compartments help to organize alllll the things. Never couldn't find billions of boarding passes, passport, Uno game, etc. Unfortunately it really does not hold very much and is quite heavy. I would say it is excellent if you have many small items to keep track of, but for my upcoming trip to the beach, it just doesn't hold enough to justify the heavy weight of it. A couple of beach towels and games fill it right up. Also, it is a menace to drive down the narrow aisle of an airplane. It wants to smash into the sweet people who are already seated. My Away carryon is easier to navigate down an aisle like this. I didn't not have any issues with the handle like some on this site. For my trip I placed this bag on top of my Away carryon and rolled them together using only the one handle, so I didn't use it as often as I might have.

The size was perfect for even small regional planes we didn't know we would be flying in this trip. We used it as a weekender and were able to put it under the seats. On the last flight our plane got switched to a smaller plane and we were given the last row so to be able to easily lift it and put it above rather than take the little room we got was wonderful. My 85 year old mother was able to use hers and move through the airports with ease. Good pocket placement. Light. wish there was a water bottle pocket. 2 wheels but maneuverable.

I love this!! I work downtown and have to take the train with my laptop, lunch bag, purse and water bottle so this does the job, and fits majority of my stuff while traveling on foot. The handle easily collapses down and theres additional handles to grab the bag on top, which helps tremendously when going up and down stairs. I picked the light green color and it’s soooo cute. Zippers are smooth to open and close. Rolling it is smooth and doesn’t look bulky. Fit in front of my feet on the train. It also comes with so many pockets and areas to store your things. I can’t fit my large 32 Oz water bottle on the side pocket, but I was able to fit my coffee travel tumbler and it did well walking downtown without falling out. I kept checking behind me to make sure and was nervous but it held on! It also comes with a lock, in case you need to store it in a locker or plane safely. Haven’t needed to use it yet tho. JUST BUY IT!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It is bigger than I thought, but doesn’t seem to hold a lot. After having it for a month the handle broke. The clip that locks the handle into place doesn’t work. It has only been used with light clothes and taken into a locker room for changing. It hasn’t had to hold up to the handling on a plane. Wish it held together better and longer.

It’s been 9 months of flying 4 times per month and this bag is still in excellent shape!!!All zippers work, wheels work, handle works, etc. And it fits under almost every U.S. airplane seat (middle row in one particular model with metal bars under—it didn’t fit). If I put a water bottle in the side pouch, it won’t fit down the aisle easily but otherwise I can roll it to my seat, slide it under/into overhead, and be ready for takeoff.I love all the little pouches for easy access of snacks, headphones, sanitizer, etc.I haven’t used it for all of my clothes, as I travel for work for 5+ days and use a checked bag. But I always keep a full outfit in here with my laptop, notebook, pens, headphones, makeup, medication, snacks, and water and there’s still room.
