pop-up drain is made of cheap plastic
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Stay away from this faucet. Yes, it looks nice, but the pop-up drain broke after 1 use. It is made of plastic and there is no way to contact the seller to get a replacement part. I ordered 2 of them a month ago, and my contractors installed them during the renovations. I just moved into my new house and started using the sink and noticed the drain does not pop up: the little plastic piece is broken. When contacting Amazon Customer Service, they say I am outside of the return window and they cannot help and directed me to contact the seller. When I try to contact the seller the bot sends me to customer service, so I had to order the metal replacement pop-up drain for the same price as a faucet
