Stays in your eye longer than competition gels, ointments and drops
Excellent product and price for 4 tubes. Beats competitive brands by staying in the eye longer because it is very thick and will not run out of your eye. It is also a better price than the competition. I have spent $1000's on dry eye ointments, gels, scrubs, drops, treatments and this product is simple, effective and affordable.

Dry Eyes Ointment
Very pleased with this product for dry eyes in dogs. I used many products before, and Vita POS is the best until now. It is an eye saver! I use it everyday before going to sleep & no more redness, no more infections

Not What it Appears to be!
I was told by my optamologist yo get VitA pos ointment they were out of it but said I could order it on amazon so I ordered it but that’s not what I got I got this Hylo Night not sure what it is but Dr. told me not to use it! It is not returnable so I’m out $26 for garbage !

Better Than Refresh PM or Systane Ointments
I used to buy Refresh PM for many years. After they disappeared a few years ago, I moved onto Systane. I recently tried this brand and discovered it helps my dry eye so much more than the other two brands. If you have severe dry eye, this ointment is for you. Use it at night as it is an ointment, not eye drops.

Best eye lube I've used at a good price.
I've needed eye lube at night after PRK vision correction 15 years ago. This brand works great - no dry eyes in the morning and no stinging when use. I've tried most brands over the years and for me this one works best.

Excellent for dry eyes
I suffer from dry eyes and my skin was drying out badly on my face, this stuff worked amazingly. Use a night eye mask to maximize effectiveness of gel.

This is the first ointment that worked throughout the night for me! And my eye health is actually improving! (I have Sjogrens)

finally, my eyes are fixed
I've had a condition of the eyelids for about 4 years, which manifested itself by producing red lumps @ the edge of my eyelids on an almost daily occurrence.......so,i was prescribed antibiotics,which worked, but obviously are not a practical long term solution....then I tried heat bags ....this drop, that drop...eyelid massaging...wipes...everything.....one day @ the optician for an ingrown eyelid, they said my eyes were dry and recommended this stuff....well....since that day I haven't had one outbreak at all.....that's 9 months ago...my eyelids are back to normal...I squeeze a line every second night into my eyelids & never have had an issue since. thank you for these whoever you are.

Great night time gel.
This product works so well and is much cheaper than the market leader for night time gel. I like that it comes as a four pack. I find it more comfortable than Lacre Lube which doesn't seem to suit my eyes. I have recommended this product to my GP. Now I've found something that works for me: I'll continue to use it.

Doesn't work for me.
This product has a number of issues for me. Firstly its far too gloopy to apply properly. Secondly and for me, it makes my eyes sting and swollen after just the first treatment. Im sure it might work for some, but not for me. I have now bought ViscoTears which works.

Not so good for everyone
This product gave me some sort of allergic reaction (or infection?) and had to throw away all four packs.
