Received the product quickly. It arrived exactly as advertised on the website. Plugged it into my desktop computer and it functioned flawlessly. No set up was required! It works well, it’s fast, and efficient. Connectivity is great and reached further than I expected. The design is small and does not take much room. The antenna angles freely, so it can be mounted on the top, back, or side of a computing device. The price was more than fair! I would definitely recommend this to people who need Bluetooth connectivity to a computer that does not have it. I’ve been using this for months now and it has not had a single issue.

This is the best solution I have found for listening to computer audio files over a distance. I have had numerous Bluetooth transmitter devices that attach to the computers audio output and then transmit to wireless headphones. These devices have been far more expensive ($40 to $100) and much more difficult to use. This device can be paired on your computer screen. That was a constant problem with Bluetooth transmitters which had no screen for showing available devices.The range on this device appears to be superior to anything I have tried. I can clearly hear the audio all over the house and in the yard. Good device. Economical solution to a problem I have had.

Motherboard is getting old, on-board Bluetooth is dying. Xbox One controller can't hold a connection even being only 4 feet away from my PC. I bought a cheap, unknown brand BT USB adapter from Walmart, and that died in only 2 months. On-board fully disabled, that one was the only BT adapter turned on, and it just would not work.I then did a bit of research and found this TechKey BT adapter. Great reviews, saw it on sites like IGN, so it had to be reliable. Even though my PC is only 4-5 feet from me and I almost never use any other BT device besides my Xbox One controller, I decided to get this long range one for peace-of-mind reliability I suppose.It works PERFECTLY! It is well built and worked immediately out of the box. I am using Windows 10 still and it recognized it right away. My Xbox One controller connects near instantly from pressing its power button, and I do not notice any lag whatsoever. For goofs, I walked about 30 feet away from my PC to test it and was playing my game without any noticeable lag even from that distance.This may all be superstition, but just to make sure everything is working properly, make sure to go into your Device Manager and uninstall any on-board BT adapter if you have one. Also, uninstall your BT devices such as controllers and headphones so you can do a fresh reconnect with them. Plug in this new device, then do a full restart on your PC. Windows will immediately get drivers for this and it will start working properly. Then go into Bluetooth settings and reconnect your stuff. Again, this may be unnecessary (uninstalling any other BT adapters is not unnecessary, do that if you have built in BT), but it's what I did to ensure everything was working perfectly smoothly.I've only had it for about a week and have not had any issues so far, will update if it dies on me. So far, it is working better than the other cheap one I had.

I almost returned this product because my earbuds kept cutting out when used with my Linux desktop. Thankfully, I came across Ray's review, which advised not to plug the device into a USB port near any USB 3.0 devices. Once I switched to a port that was shielded away from other USB 3 devices, the connection became rock solid. Great product once you know this trick!

Worked right of the box, no configuration except to pair in the settings for Bluetooth. Good distance as advertised.
