Let’s be honest, screws aren’t that exciting, but as an engineer I can appreciate just how well designed these are. Each section of these screws has been designed to do its own job, putting each in with an impact driver is like a little theatre with three districts acts!The star head is so much better than posi, it’s worlds apart. NB the box doesn’t include one, so Male sure you have the driver bit.Expensive/very expensive compared to the cheapies, especially if you go for stainless but worth every penny. Have bought more and won’t ever go back.

Expensive, but drove well. Robust. Durable. No rounding off and only 1 snapped in 1000.Used the spax counter sinker - created the perfect hole to sink cleanly. Worth considering, albeit expensive for what it is.

Good quality stainless steel decking screws

Not the cheapest, although Amazon were cheaper than Screwfix, but a very high quality screw. I used to face fix composite decking edge boards.

Great screws. Driven 500 plus screws while installing a siberian larch decking. No sheering or snapping at all. Best use with the spax SPAX-BIT T-STAR plus T25 which is a perfect fit.

Perfect for my new solid oak floor. No stripping of the heads (be sure to use the SPAX T-Star plus bit), and due to the thread at the top of the screw the floorboards have no movement at all.Would definitely recommend, especially at £16 / box of 100, which is less than half the price of other building suppliers?!?! I don't know how they are this cheap for SPAX & stainless steel...

Absolutely brilliant decking screw. Bites the wood quickly and smoothly leaving torn hole after it's been sunk.

Best choice for hardwood decking boards will not snap like coated screws
