Perfect Really
Arrived securely packaged, after 2 days froms placing the order. Looks to be of equal or better quality as the one that I replaced (I have no idea how my misses managed to snap the handle off the previous one!). I was glad that I ordered this one with all the internal bits too as the one I was replacing was so covered in limescale I ended using a hack-saw to get it out. Took about 10 minutes to take the old one off and put this in place. Nice to have a toilet that I can flush again without having to take off the cistern lid and pull the flush from inside! Would recommend and I would use this seller again if I ever need parts like this.

Although attractive in appearance and solidly built it suffers from the handle being too short and has inadequate hand clearance from the wc. Unfortunately the plastic bar to go inside the cistern was broken.
I was really pleased with the actual flush handle but unfortunately the plastic bar which goes inside the cistern was broken. I am still waiting to get it installed.

A Strong a positive action
I have had a few good looking handles which are invariably a chrome effect 'plastic' handle with the square shaft embedded into it. Any firm handed operation on the plastic handle to cause a surge of water to 'move' any bowl contents will inevitably cause the handle to crack and part with the metal shaft (see second picture).With this Traditional Real Ceramic Toilet Cistern Lever handle, one firm flush achieves the surge of water rather than having to endlessly 'PUMP' the handle to cause sufficient flow, which this handle will happily do with one pump.The shaft and handle are metal all the way through and won't break how ever hard you pump it.This can be a significant difference if on a meter
