Works well and holds a charge for a long time
Does what I need, it’ll jump a car even after the pack has been sitting a while, and it has been in my carryon luggage and I had no issues

Broke the third time I used it
First the charge cord melted. Then the jumpstarter itself about the third use, 6 months after purchase. Antigravity wants me to pay to ship it in. What a disappointment.

No AC Charger Option Included
Although this is a great product I’m disappointed that the AC adapter is not included. The original units had them included. Out of the box they send you a vehicle cig lighter adapter to charge the unit while your driving or running your vehicle. Not cool. This is a serious mis by the vender! The AC adapter can be ordered separately but Micro-Start doesn’t carry them.
