Do research before taking
This has helped my family to get back on track with health. After some test results the Doctor suggested for us to take these. I am glad I found them on line because to get a refill I would have to travel a bit distance but this helps that I can order it and no worries of running out.

Capsules Taste
I’ve been using this brand for a few months now. I’ve noticed that my blood sugar does go down when I’ve taken it. When I started the Berberine, there wasn’t a strange taste but when I tried a new bottle, the capsule (taken while, not opened) tasted like strong bitter plastic. Terrible enough to consider a different brand. :(
