Super easy problem solver
Super easy to install (took about 45 seconds). This solved my problem with the soft touch grip that had become sticky and was breaking off. All you need to do is remove the back cover on the original and slide this one on. Very inexpensive repair that can be done at home. The color is a good match to the original and hard plastic no soft touch grip so much easier to clean.

4.5 stars because no instructions . I had to remove the plastic plate of the originalDoor handle pocket in order fur this to fit

Easy install
The door handle on our 2014 BMW X3 had gotten kinda gummy and soft. My wife mentioned it, and I found this replacement insert. I just pulled up on the plastic plate at the back of the interior door handle and pulled it out. Then you just drop this part in the door handle cavity, push down til it clicks, and voilà! you’re done! It fit seamlessly in our X3, and fixed the problem. I am a happy camper
