Why is the product less expensive than the website? Worried it is a knockoff

Why is the label different from the original?

It looks the same to me as it's always looked. I have ordered it a few times from different places (even Etude House). There are a few products in the Soon Jung line and they call come in different sizes. So that can be confusing. Do you mean the label in the photo or on your tube?

Can this be used on the lips(heal dry lips) ?

I haven't tried it on my lips. But it leaves your face incredibly soft and moisturized. Try one of their lip balms instead. Etude House has great lip products and it would be better spending your money on something made for and guaranteed to work on your lips.

Can i use this after hydro barrier cream for morning and night? if not, then when is the best time to use for face?

I wish I'd discovered this sooner.

My facial skin is going through a hyper sensitive phase and all of my usual products are causing itching, burning and weeping sores (nice!). I've spent so much money recently on supposedly gentle products that claim to be ultra gentle and non irritating, ranging from super cheap to high end, and my skin has reacted badly to all of them.This has been the only moisturiser I've tried that my poor inflamed, oily but flaky skin hasn't had a hissy fit with. It's moisturising enough to keep my parched cheeks happy and my flaky bits at bay, but leaves an invisible, dry touch finish on my shiny t-zone.I haven't been using it long enough to see whether it's going to clog my pores over time, but so far it seems pretty good. Please let it stay that way!

Perfect for dry sensitive skin

I use this over my moisturiser and it really helps to lock I the moisture in my skin while also Hydrating. It feels a little protective on my skin as well. I have very sensitive skin but my skin loves this, it's not irritating at all and very Hydrating. Really recommend.
