**Update, this was purchased in August 2023. During the summer of 2024 the heat did make the suction cup release from the dashboard. To reattach I cleaned the dashboard with alcohol just in the small area and used water to restore the tacky suction cup and then reapplied. This does work but during hot days, it does release repeatedly. The phone mount attached to the arm has stopped releasing the phone using the release button. I have to pull the phone out and push in without using the button. The knob that tightens the back of phone mount attachment will not tighten any further and the phone slowly moves downward and will not stay in position to view the GPS.August 2023 purchase review:I absolutely love this phone mount. I installed it in my 2013 Ford Edge. I was tired of the cheap flimsy mounts and ordered this mount. I first washed my dashboard with soap and water then cleaned the area with rubbing alcohol, let air dry. The alcohol did not hurt my dashboard at all. The adhesion was great and my dashboard is lightly textured. I have used it every day. I am a realtor and work from my car almost all day. BEST phone mount I have ever used.

I like the giant suction cup. Your phone is secured real good.

Heavy duty holds phone secure even on the roughest of roads. Adjusts to any position and stays there.

Holds up well and is easy to use. It did come loose once after a few months but it was easily put right back on and has not come off again sense.

Look at the photo and you can see how hard it was to find phone holder, this one just perfect, absolutely, and no I'm driving not a truck, one more important detail this holder DO NOT cover buttons ,,easy to put easy to remove the phone

It broke and stopped sticking to the window so now i have to buy a different one that is better warranty.

Started out great stuck to windshield perfectly, 7 months later bracket constantly slide down leave sticky glue residue and suction cup lover doesn't work anymore. Almost a good product. I can live with residue but not being able to get the suction cup lever to work again was very aggravating, bought two iPhone both of them away looking for something else now. Good temporary phone holder.
