I love these noodles! They're definitely hot if you use the entire contents of the two spice packages, but of course you can use less sauce if you want less heat. (Maybe don't start with full spices the very first time you serve them.) Preparation is simple, and the the noodles are good by themselves; but with the spices added -- yum!

Favorite Granddaughter Dish
My 8 year old granddaughter loves this dish. She likes that it makes her mouth feel like it’s on fire…lol. The hotter the better. She ate the whole bowl.
