I had a few of the regular lava lamps but the wax kept getting messed up, so I decided to try this glitter option. I love it! It's sparkly and the colors are perfect. I have it in my office and I enjoy seeing it every day.

I think there are multiple colour choices available, but I picked the purple/green/pink glittery one as I knew my daughter would love it. The bulb can be easily replaced, but so far we haven't needed to do so. Also, the container is incredibly durable, I don't know if it is tempered glass, but it seems to be more resilient than a normal lava lamp.

I was waiting for the price to drop on this lamp and it never did lol but honesty it’s been worth the regular retail value. I got it two months ago and no lie I have turned it on all day everyday since! Yes as always lava lamps do get a bit hot to the touch not scalding but warm enough that you can feel it. As long as you keep it in a safe space it will be fine. I have it on my desk in my small “office” space set up in my apartment. It’s absolutely soothing and in the dark it looks mystical. The colors are vibrant and just as pictured in the description. I absolutely love this item. Feeding my inner child or teen never felt so good!

Super cute .. I love the glitter more than the lava - its such a nice colorful sparkle. I am not sure how the colors stays separated, but I love it so much.

Save your money! I purchased this lava lamp for my five-year-old granddaughter for her birthday on August 1, 2024 and it was delivered on August 3, 2024. Since then she has only used it twice for less than two hours each. On the third attempt, it would not turn on. I unscrewed the lightbulb and took a photo of the inside sticker near the socket. I ordered the exact bulbs that it specified on the sticker. I’ll purchase a pack of six of the bulbs, just in case it blew out again quickly. However, none of the brand new bulbs would work. I made sure to order the exact one specified by the manufacture, unfortunately, the return window had already ended. Amazon said I would need to contact the manufacturer so I immediately did via email. The manufacturer did respond back within one day that they were unable to offer a return but to contact the place of purchase as they had an agreement with various retailers. I explained that the return window had closed with Amazon to no avail. I have since tried to reach out to Amazon to see about getting a special exemption for the return. It is a nightmare to try to have to return. It seems very cheaply made. Please save your money!

Like many other reviews, the included bulb blew in about 15 minutes of use. This was pretty disappointing right after having given it as a gift, setting it up, and then 15 minutes in the bulb was toast. I went to walmart and got a replacement bulb and it has been going strong for a couple months of use now. The lamp is great, but the bulb is trash. Do yourself a favor and just buy a new bulb when you order this and when you go to set it up install the new bulb instead of the one that comes with it.
