Working fine for 6 months
I have had this outside in a barn in Florida climate for about 6 months and it's working fine so far.

Beware just a 2 foot powercord.
Just to confirm that this does has a 2 prong non-removable power cord, which I would have liked to have been longer than 2 feet in length. Otherwise switch seems to be working just fine for my needs.Update - so I macgyvered my own 6ft powercord.

Weather proof and reliable
I installed this outside on the wall of my house about three months ago. It has been rock solid so far and has taken about four poe adapters out of my setup which I love. I still have a few ports free so that I can add more cameras or aps should the need arise. I am using this with Ubiquiti equipment and it has done great.

Works great for outdoor applications
I do a lot of camera installs and occasionally do some outdoor installs with a WIFI backbone. I used this POE switch to bring in a couple of cameras to the WIFI AP. It works great and so far, it is holding up to below freezing temps, rain and snow. We will see how long it lasts, if I get 3-5 years of it being outdoors, that will be great and it is a lot cheaper for my customers than building out a NEMA enclosure with more expensive POE switches and power supplies. I did enclose the power supply that comes with the unit inside a double gang outdoor rated enclosure to keep it from failing early.

Killed a coupe of router ports after a year
I've had this living in my well house for a year connecting lines between my main house and the RV pad where my uncle lives. It quit working and it took me a bit to figure out is was supplying PoE power to the ports even if it wasn't connected to a PoE device. The power took out 2 ports on my main router, and I haven't checked the router I'm using as a WAP, but its possible it burned that too. Not recommended if you aren't connecting all PoE tolerant devices to it.

Impressed so far
I have 3 of these and I am impressed with the performance. I was concerned initially because I was not familiar with Ookla. They are the best performing switch that I have bought to date. I have devices that are 250 feet from the switch that are showing speeds of 950 MB/s.

Solid
I used this to replace a netgear router that I had in a waterproof box on the side of the house. With this summer's heat the netgear would constantly shutdown/reboot and interrupt signal. To be fair it was a regular POE router - not necessarily intended for outdoor use. I replaced it with this one and this has been solid even on the hottest of summer days. POE works great, everything stable. No hassle set up.
