Excellent fit, function & quality
I have been shooting professionally (mostly Nikon and, more recently, Canon) for decades. Recently I lost or misplaced my 82mm Canon lens cap for my Canon RF 24-70mm f2.8 lens. Rather than pay an astronomical price for a replacement Canon lens cap, I decided to — based on favorable Amazon reviews — check out the K&F Concept 82mm lens cap. It arrived today and I immediately compared it to one of my 82mm Canon lens caps from another lens. Functionally, the K&F lens cap is every bit as good as my Canon lens caps. It is the correct diameter and has screw-on threads like the Canon lens caps. It goes on easily and is secure. However, it is not a copy. It differs in ways from the Canon lens caps that do not hurt its functionality (different spring mechanism, different interior design, etc.). Furthermore, while it does not have Canon emblazoned on its forward-facing surface, its logo is black and tastefully inconspicuous. If I lose or misplace this lens cap, I would buy another one just like it without hesitation.

Protecting and serving my Fujifilm X100vi camera and lens
I purchased the 49 mm size for my Fujifilm X100vi because once I added the AR-x100 accessory adapter ring and the 49 mm Chiaro Pro UVATS UV filter to add water resistance and lens protection to the camera, the Fujifilm supplied lens cap no longer works. (Who designed this?!!) The cap seems sturdy and the supplied leash is a nice add on that fit around the lens very nicely. For other camera setups, I'd purchased a clip that can hold a lens cap on the belt of my fanny pack, but it didn't grab lens caps sturdily enough. They would release from the clip when I sat down. The leash here keeps everything together and feels like nothing will come loose or fall. For me, it's a keeper. I know some people rely on the UV lens for total protection and throw their camera in a bag with no protection, but I've always used lens caps despite the slight annoyance of taking them on and off. Now having to worry about and find my lens cap is no longer necessary, at least for the Fujifilm X100vi.

Perfect for outdoor use like birding and safari
Nice design to keep ahold of the lens caps. I've dropped a few, and sometimes into water or another space where they are gone. So there's the classic stick on/elastic band type option and I have one of those too. But it's annoying to use with a hood as you have to remove the cap to change the hood direction on a smaller lens and it just doesn't reach with a longer telephoto hood. So tried this option and it works well. The leash worked on the lens barrel and as well on my wrist so it's not dropped. It dangles then when you put it back on, but not a bad trade off. It holds well on the lens as well, very similar to OEM, and better than the other no-name replacements I've bought. How long this prevents loss? Hard to tell. But I like trying it out and it works for me to worry less about losing a lens cover.

Useful Attachment
As a replacement for my old lens cap, I now know I will not lose this one as it is attached at all times. Not really a big fan of bright orange on my lens because it attracts attention, wish that the strap would be a more neutral color.

Good product, not functional in my case.
Product itself is perfectly fine but functionality with a lens hood attached is the issue. I recap my lens between shots. It's either take off the lens hood or not use this product in my case. The lens cover that came with my lens is leashless. It's a better option for me.
