I love this Lion's Mane for it's enhanced Cognitive Function It stimulates nerve growth factor, which helps protect and regenerate brain cells. Which a big deal for me and my mom. Its very supportive to memory, focus, and mental clarity. My energy levels is growing up. The pill leaves no after taste in the mouth. An it comes it two packs.
