I used this to make chocolate Truffles, the taste was amazing and there was no aftertaste of alcohol! The truffles were a huge hit with family and friends!

I’ve made hazelnut praline paste from scratch several times - this paste is way easier (obviously) and way better. I never get the sugar timed just right so no homemade batch is ever the same. If your recipe calls for a praline cream (like, a Paris-Brest) start with this paste. It’s excellent. Or throw a couple tablespoons into a chocolate cake batter and it adds a great flavor plus a little different texture.

The baking experience was satisfactory, but I was disappointed with the product quantity. The container was only three-quarters full, which is not commensurate with the high price.

My original plan was to make my own hazelnut praline paste, but ended up running short on time so quickly pivoted and ordered this product instead. It did not disappoint and saved me both time and money (hazelnuts are NOT cheap). Great flavor and consistency. Used some for a Paris Brest, and some for a hazelnut buttercream frosting. Excellent!

Looks amazing! Smells great! Tastes delicious! Best Hazelnut Praline on the market. Once you start eating it you can’t stop! Mixes well in recipes too!
