I have a wireless keyboard for my home theater pc. The bluetooth dongle for the keyboard is plugged into the back of the pc. Because of the distance, the connectivity isn't great. So I used this short cable to extend and reposition the dongle so it's towards the front of the pc, and closer to the seating area. Works great.

20 foot length and coupled to another 6 foot cable and the picture on my monitor for my camera system is crystal clear so I’d say this cable works very well. Don’t know how else to put it, buy it if you need a long usb cable run, it works!
