This is one of my all time favorite purchases!This is the perfect phone holder. My phone at the time didn’t have MagSafe so this was my best bet and I’m honestly so happy I got it! The design is perfect, you just need 1 hand to put the phone in or take it out! All you have to do is push 2 buttons on the sides together while holding your phone up against the holder and it grips the phone super well! Then to remove, there’s a release button that you can hit WHILE HOLDING THE PHONE UP so you essentially are holding it when it releases, all with one hand!I emailed their customer service for help choosing a holder that would work for my car (which doesn’t have anything near a flat dashboard) and they recommended this one for it’s effectiveness to stay in place, which also has the vent clasp should it not work. Once I received it I couldn’t find a good spot for the standing holder but let them know the vent holder is amazing and worked great! They unexpectedly sent me an even better, upgraded vent holder which is AMAZING it has not fallen off a single time, and I hit it all the time! It is such a genius design, I couldn’t be more thankful!Overall I am so happy with this product. I got it while I doordashed for a bit and it made such a big difference, I still use it all the time even since I quit dashing now that I’ve gotten spoiled with it. I recommend it to everyone I know!

I bought this so that I could take video of the landscape while driving on vacation abroad, so I wanted something secure, that wouldn't wobble but also provided the flexibility to mount in different ways, either dash or the windshield to provide the best view. The car's textured dash didn't allow a firm grasp, so I used the windshield and oh man, that grippy suction cup worked wonders. Also, the extension arm, the two clamps on either side of the phone and the ball joint, all provided great flexibility and solid grasp in positioning my phone. I would definitely recommend this phone mount, particularly if someone wants to use it for capturing video.

I purchased this phone holder for my car and my dash is beveled so it suction wouldn’t stay I contacted the company and they sent me a solution that makes it work perfectly. I’m buying another one for my other vehicle and recommend this FABULOUS product so we all stay hands-free while we drive but have our phones handy for when we need it. I thank this company so I going above Ana being to make it work for me and look forward to installing it in my 2nd vehicle AND I’m buying 2 more for gifts for family members who need it!

This is a well-designed product! Functional, compact. But expecting it to adhere to the dashboard is wishful thinking. I don't care what the material is.However!! The suction to the windshield has been phenomenal. Works like a charm even on hot Florida days. I didn't try the vent, but not sure I'd recommend it, at least for the size vents we have (and they are pretty standard). Just too much blockage.Summary? This is product nr. 1 but not for a dashboard fit.

I ended up using the vent attachment as my car doesn't have any smooth surfaces to adhere to. I didn't want to put it on the window because it gets 100° or more in the summer and I didn't think it would stay. The vent attachment works great so far. It was a little tricky to put in place and tighten down. I'm happy with it.

This is absolutely the best phone holder I have ever owned. I have an iPhone 13 pro max with a case and there is room to spare. The side bars open up at the touch of a button. The bottom slides down for larger phones. The suction cup can fasten to 6our dashboard or windshield. You can also remove the holder and use it in a second vehicle by securing it to the vent. I highly recommend this product today.

I bought this a couple years ago. Recently bought six more of these for my family and friends as gifts. They love them. This is the best quality I have found. Attractive, functional, quick release, great tilt and rotation. Put in my 4RUNNER on the glass. (I prefer and recommend not to put on the dash. Take advantage of the adjustments and keep off your dashboard.) Highly recommend this product as it is so slick and easy to install. Mine is sturdy and looks and performs like new!

I wasn't sure if it would stay up on my windshield and it has exceeded my expectations! It works great and I'm very happy with the purchase. I actually cannot remember when I purchased this item, but it's now June 2023 and that sucker has NOT moved at all!

I got the previous model for my wife for her car and was impressed by the build quality and ease of use (for my wife).So much so, I wanted to get one for my van. Luckily it happened to be on offer when I looked AND it was the updated version. Not sure what's been updated on it besides the colour schemes, but I'll stand corrected if there's more to it.I've only been using the holder for about a week now and first impressions are good. It's not as rattly or creaky as I was expecting, which is good, and it seems quite robust.It's good to have the two mounting options available although I feel the vent clip is quite limited by the type of vents the vehicle has. The phone can bounce a fair bit on this mount but, again, it's more on the vent design than the bracket itself.Packaging-wise it matches the premium feel of the product itself. It's well packaged and would make a suitable gift without looking naff like other items do in their original packaging.One negative for me is that the thumbprint button on my phone is on the side and is covered by the arm on the holder. Even if I adjusted the bottom bracket in any position the button is still slightly obstructed. I'd say that's more about my phone's design rather than the holder. I don't think I'll lose much sleep over it to be fair...there are much bigger tings in life to worry about.Customer service is pretty cool too. They couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Thanks

Hallo ich habe das Teil gekauft weil es viel versprach. Der Arm mit dem Saugnapf hielt auf meinem Armaturenbrett nicht lange da dieses sehr rau ist. Am Fenster sah das ganze viel besser aus. Habe aber den Lüfterhalter gewählt. Der hielt wirklich Bombe. Nach ca 7 Monaten fuhr ich ein Pflastersteinstrasse und mein Handy viel zu Boden. Die Verschraubung war von der Handyhalterung gebrochen. Dies war den schnellen zügigen Temperaturveränderungen geschuldet. Die Sonne heizte das Teil sehr hoch. Anfassen unmöglich. Die sehr kalte Klimaluft kühlte es schnell wieder runter. Dies hatte einen beschleunigten Alterungsprozess ausgelöst. Ich habe dies mit zwei Bilder reklamiert. Und jetzt kommen die 5 Sterne wieder zurück. Ich wurde angeschrieben mit Entschuldigung dem Angebot einer Ersatzlieferung und Geld zurück. Die Ersatzlieferung war nach drei Werktagen bei mir, das Geld gutgeschrieben und einer lebenslangen Garantie. Wow Superservice

Ich habe vor fast einem Jahr das Set mit Saugnapf und Lüftungsclip bestellt und ich hab nur den Lüftungsclip verwendet, da es anders bei meinem VW Touran gar nicht möglich ist, aber von der Qualität her hat es sich von allen vorher probierten Produkten mit Abstand am besten angefühlt! Leider steht mein Auto so gut wie jeden Tag in der Sonne was dem Kunststoff vom Produkt natürlich überhaupt nicht gefiel... Das UV Licht hatte die Kunststoffketten aber erst nach fast einem Jahr zerbrochen und somit brach mir das Produkt leider auseinander. Ich fand es so schade um das tolle Produkt, dass ich den Support von Vanmass kontaktierte und ich hab direkt ein neues zugeschickt bekommen! Das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Das Produkt ist auf jeden Fall ein nicht so geheimer Geheimtipp! :D

Ich habe mir diese Halterung gekauft, weil ich flexibel in der Montage und bei der Befestigung unterschiedlicher Handys sein wollte. Das ist hiermit möglich! Ich war sehr entäuscht, als nach ca. 1 Jahr die Halterung am Gelenk gebrochen ist. Der Austausch und die Reklamation war problemlos und sehr freundlich vom Kundenservice! Ich hatte kurzfristig eine neue Halterung mit der ich wieder sehr zufrieden bin. Ich würde mir jederzeit wieder diese Halterung kaufen! Top Halterung, Top Service. Weiter so 🙂

Liked the item very much and very satisfied with high quality however part of the ball socket broke off after 9 months so could no longer use. Reported problem directly to Van Mass who responded very quickly and organised a replacement to be sent in less than a week. Not yet received but if it arrives within the stated timescale this would be a very impressive response from the maker. Only deducted one star for the fact that it broke after 9 months but would recommend the product still.
